Presentation of training: The franchisor offers franchisees approximately 10-14 days of intensive online training as well as pre-online training in marketing, business, management and school training. Currently, the first phase of the training is a combination of online courses and a live session. This training will take place after the franchisees have obtained their building permit, received both a definitive address, a telephone number and a telephone number for their school, and have returned all documents and deposits that the franchisor needs. The second phase of the training, which is currently a two-week live session, will take place approximately two months before the school`s Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is received. All training is provided at the franchisor`s headquarters, another training organization chosen by the franchisor, or through its e-learning management system, intranet, webinar or any other form of electronic communication, and, if necessary. Franchisees must, at the request of the franchisor, attend complementary and refreshing training programs, sales meetings, corporate meetings, promotional meetings and conferences that can be offered regularly at various locations or via intranet, webinar or other forms of electronic communications defined by the franchisor during the duration of the franchise. An extraordinary school! My son was registered there a year ago, but had to leave the look on the way back for the high quality and caring environment spread the word! In addition, the designated operator must have at least 10% of the shares in the franchise business. If the franchisee is a married person, the franchisor asks both the franchisee and the spouse to sign the preliminary contract, the franchise agreement and the related agreements as individuals. Franchisees are not permitted to offer or sell products or services that do not meet the franchisor`s standards and specifications or have not been approved by the franchisor.

Franchisees may not use the premises for any purpose other than running a school. Territory granted: franchisees may operate the school only at the place authorized by the franchisor. The franchisor limits the area in which franchisees are allowed to request transactions or does not limit the customers who can solicit them. Franchisees do not have exclusive territory. Franchisees may be exposed to competition from other franchisees, franchisor-owned outlets or other distribution channels or competitive franchisee-controlled brands. Retrospective: My son was a student (6 months) at this school. Within a week of registering, we decided to remove it because it was stimulated and frankly unable to cope with the environment.

We wanted to keep him at home for a month, and we wanted to go back to school as soon as our son was finished. When we approached the principal – [edited] and owner – [redacted], we were told that the school policy still had to be followed and that a communication had to be presented. We have immediate communication on 06/10/2013. However, the owner has always forced us to pay for the whole of July, although the school directive presented in the parents` manual states that “a written communication of one month is necessary. Unused portions of the teaching will be reimbursed within 30 days. »
